I am here, I finally effing made it to Laax Crap, that’s right folks I said Crap, which just so happens to be the name of this here glacier and also how I am feeling at this here present moment in time. But I guess this is just part of the joy of being a “world traveler” I just like when I travel the world in airplanes and cars versus Buses and Trains, but that’s what I get for telling someone else, when they were all concerned about taking the train in Europe that it was “easy”, and it is easy but when you have ridiculously heavy board bags and wheelie bags that suddenly have no wheels it becomes a little less than easy, throw into the mix that the hotel you are staying at has a very similar name to a hotel two towns over and your very poor german accent makes both names sound the same so the very kind bus driver drops you off at the wrong one, and your forearms almost blow out from dragging bags with no wheels around.....yeah you get the idea, adventures en Suisse.
SO alas I am here, and happy to be at my first every European Open experience, nervous about the webcast but just want to say eff it with out the eff of course, children could be watching. And really, the travel wasn’t so bad, I ran into two different friends I haven’t seen in a while on the two different trains I took, I love those sort of random encounters, and switzerland is absolutely beautiful and as always from the moment I saw the ground from my window seat I wanted to start singing “the hills are alive...with the sound of music” and dreamt about making lederhosen out of my curtains, don’t worry I didn’t do either. But yeah, I am here and about to drop in for the lovely, deep, deep, sleep of jet lag, Bon Voyage.....xoxo t

Seriously, doesn't this make you feel like singing......
