Our blogging engine requires version 3.0 of Safari in order to upload photos. This version of Safari is available via:

http://www.apple.com/safari

Also, it is possible to upgrade via auto update. Download and install the Auto Update for Mac OS X Tiger 10.4.11 and Safari will be automatically upgraded to the newest version!
